RICHARD P. JONES • CIC, CPCU

President and Chief Executive Officer

President and CEO of LSR, Richard P. Jones began his insurance career in 1973., working with General Accident Insurance Company, Andover Companies, and Utica Mutual Insurance before joining LSR in 1979. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Rich is very active in the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA) and is a past Chairman (2008). The MAIA is the leading trade association for over 1600 Massachusetts independent insurance agencies and their collectively estimated 10,000 employees.

DAVID L. RAY • CIC

Executive Vice President

Dave Ray has been with LSR since 1987 and serves as Executive Vice President responsible for marketing and sales. He is both a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI).

An active member of the north shore community, Dave was the 2005 president of the Beverly Chamber of Commerce and still serves on its board of directors. He is a distinguished past president and past treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Beverly with over 20 years of service to the club. Dave is a past president and current member of the Business Networking International (BNI) Beverly Chapter. In 2005 he received the Distinguished Service Award from the Beverly Regional YMCA and still serves as an Ambassador. He is currently on the board of directors for the Beverly Children’s Learning Center.
